The Standard room is perfect if you're looking for privacy and a quiet environment to concentrate. It features a 90x200 cm bed, a private bathroom, and a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, sink, and cabinets. It is fully furnished with a fold-down sofa bed, a desk with a table and shelves, a mirror, and a wardrobe. It also includes individual air conditioning (heating and cooling) and high-speed Wi-Fi. All supplies are included.

In our residence, you will find a place where you’ll have everything you need for university. This residence offers single and double rooms.

All our rooms have a private bathroom and are cleaned every two weeks, with a change of sheets and towels included. The rooms are spacious, with a full bathroom, a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, sink, and cabinets, as well as individual air conditioning and heating. The rooms are fully furnished with a sofa bed, a desk area with a table, shelves, a mirror, and a wardrobe.
