We offer for rent a very nice, first level apartment in Kruspér Street, close to Pest but in the Buda side. Next to the Gellért hill.

Moritz Metro 9 min walk.
Buses , trams all over 6 min walk.
Still quiet, one way street.

This is not a cleaning fee, but supports regular care to extend the life of the items and avoid deduction from the deposit. due to damage or malfunction.

-Bathroom and kitchen drains (to prevent clogs and odors)

Maintainng Fee: €35 per person / per room / per month.
This includes one deep cleaning session every three months, covering curtains, windows, beds (with mite-cleaning machine and more rent), kitchen appliances, washing machine, etc. The schedule can be adjusted to fit your preferences.
