Our modern 800 m2 co-living building is designed to provide a comfortable, private, and convenient living experience for every resident. Spread over two floors, it features 20 fully furnished studios, each equipped with its own private kitchen and bathroom for maximum independence. Several studios also offer a separate bedroom, creating an even more spacious and home-like atmosphere.

Every studio comes fully equipped with a microwave, TV, stove, hair dryer, toaster, air conditioning, kettle, and a comfortable sofa, ensuring residents have everything they need from day one.

This building is the ideal choice for anyone seeking a blend of privacy, comfort, and modern amenities while still enjoying the advantages of a shared co-living environment.

🔊 RENTAL CONDITIONS:
- There is a rental contract that must be signed and respected by the tenant(s).
- For the rental contract it is necessary a copy of an ID Document and fiscal number.
- During the booking process it is mandatory to be indicated who are the persons that are going to rent the accommodation and do the check-in.
- Please note that we kindly request you to complete all payments (deposit & admin fee) within 48 hours of signing your contract. Security deposit will be returned if the accommodation is left in the same condition as received.
- The security deposit can't be part of the last month's rent.
- Every tenant is responsible for keeping the accommodation clean and in good conditions.
- Parties are not allowed.
- Loud noises are not allowed after 22:00.
- Smoking inside the property is not allowed.
- Pets or animals are not allowed.
- Guest stays are limited to a maximum of 5 days. Extensions beyond this period require prior authorisation.

We carry out contracts, issue receipts within the scope of the law and assist with obtaining the Residential Visa.
