Altitude 100, located Avenue Telemaque 52 1090 Forest, is a house of 21 rooms. Some have a private bathroom and toilet and some share it. The common area include a kitchen (in which each tenant has a private cabinet with fridge) a tv room, a dining room, a playroom, a courtyard with barbecue and a bike garage. Stay tax 1,11€/day

🏠Room 10 in Altitude 100 house is on second floor courtyard side.
It is approximately 16sqm.
The bathroom and the toilet are en suite.
The room is equipped with a single bed, bedside table, a desk, a chair, and a wardrobe.
All rooms are equipped with black-out curtains.

ONLY WITH US, each housemate gets their own private fridge, a private cupboard, (closed with your key) and also private dishes provided.

⚠️ Practicalities, we always ask a deposit of two months rent. Move in and out walk throughs each cost 50€. For contracts with a duration of less than 6 months, initial installation fees will be charged to the occupants according to the table below :

Contracts start on the 1st and 16th of each month and are bimonthly, meaning that each fortnight started is due. Domiciliation is allowed. Stay tax 1, 11€/day
