Tomberg House, located tomberg (hidden) Woluwe Saint Lambert, is a big house of 25 people. Each room has a private bathroom + toilet.
The common areas consist of a common kitchen, living room, tv room, gym, laundry corner, and a courtyard with barbecue + bike shelter. In the kitchen, each tenant has a private cupboard with fridge, cutlery, pans and pots and dishware.

Type 3 : 830€/month all bills included +- 14sqm, our smallest rooms with private toilet and bathroom on the same floor (see room 13)

! For short-term contracts, there is a 150€ fee. Check in and out 35€/each. Minimum duration of the contract 6 months

Stay tax 1.33€/day

⚠️There is also an initial installation fee, which varies according to the period for which the tenant wishes to rent the room. The fee is 300 euros for contracts of less than 3 months, 150 euros for contracts of 3 to 6 months and no fee for contracts of more than 6 months. We have proportionately more charges depending on the length of the contract, such as for refurbishment, normal wear and tear and administrative time required.
