In a large 1862 “maison bourgeoise” nine rooms are for rent. The house was totally renovated in 2018. The nine rooms vary from 32 to 44 square meters each.
The location is on a residential street, around the corner from the Arts/Loi metro station. All rooms are for single use, non-smoking, young professionals with EU work permit. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped. All rooms have a private bathroom. The souterrain contains a large fully equipped common kitchen and a small kitchen to use privately. In the buanderie you find the washer, dryer and ironing equipment. On the ground floor, you have access to an enclosed, quiet city garden of 250 square meters!

In addition to the room rent, there is a monthly charge of EUR 175 to cover the costs of many extras; furniture, bedding, towels, functioning television (tv channels or Netflix) in each room, high-speed internet, gas, water, electricity, insurance, regular cleaning, even toilet paper, kitchen towels and garbage recycling included. Room number five is a large, 30 square meter room with ensuite a private dressing/bathroom of 12 square meters. The main room has high ceilings and a big window to the garden. The private bathroom includes a full bath.
