We have 7 private new furnished rooms in a gilrs house over 3 floors, comprising hall, 3 bathroom shower /sink and toilet , a fully equipped kitchen in common situated on the groundfloor of the house and a little furnished living room in common .
The attribution of the rooms is obviously tributary of the availabilities of the moment. The rooms (+- 12-15 m2) comprise: bed, mattress, small cupboard, worktable, office chair, wardrobe , hangings, ceiling luminary, standard lamp, desk lamp , curtains .We provide also forks and spoons, pot and pans and a clean pillow and a duvet at your arrival .
Wireless internet is included in the rent. There is a washing machine and dryer in the house.
A regular cleaning of the common parts of the house ( floors and stairs ) is done every 2 weeks.
The checking in and out are done by an independent expertise office Ageci and the costs are at charges of the tenant .( the price for this is calculated by the expertise office +- 75 euro inventory in and +-75 euro inventory out )
There is also a overnight guest fee of 35 euro a night .

The rooms are clean and pleasant, furnished in a pratical way. General environment is convivial and sympathetic, the atmosphere is made by E.U.trainees of various European nationalities. At 10 minutes’ walk from the European Parliament and 5 minutes walk from the Commission, Easy communications to all directions: bus stop in the street ,tram and subway at 5 minutes walk . Access from the airport: line 12 Airport station Nord or Central . In the vicinity: shops, supermarkets, laundrettes, banks, ...

CONDITIONS:

Rooms with shared bathroom and shared kitchen : 690 + 60 euro provision charges /month in case your renting period is minimum 12 months.
we 're looking for a new tenant who will stay minimum 6 (hidden) months or longer and in case of shorter renting periods
we ask a monthly supplement depending of the renting period
