🔑 Check-in Procedure & Policies
To ensure a smooth move-in process:
Check-in hours: Monday to Friday, between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM
Access conditions: Entry is granted only after:
Rental contract is signed
Deposit, first month’s rent, utilities, and check-in fee (€90) are fully paid
