Looking for a female roommate to share the flat I'm currently renting as my roommate is moving to Bratislava for a job.

When can you move in? 1st October

Your room: 160x200 bed & bedside tables, two big French windows, three closets. Sheets and towels provided.

Your rent: €950 + €150 charges, all bills included. Contract for at least 5 months.

The flat is well-lit and consists of:
a large modern living room with well-equipped kitchen, big sofa and TV, terrace with green view (south-facing).

Two bedrooms, bath with bathtub, separate toilet, laundry room with washer and dryer. Hallway with small wardrobe.
Parking space in garage available 🚗. Bicycle room on the ground floor.

Location: The flat is located on the 4th floor in a new building situated on the green ULB campus in Ixelles. Shops like Delhaize, Aldi and Colruyt between 10 and 15 mins by foot or one metro stop. 🥔🥗

The building entrance is only 50m from the metro/train stop DELTA. From here, you can reach the center easily via M5 or bus 71.🚌 There are also trains going directly to the Bruxelles-Luxembourg train stop next to the EU parliament. It's ideally located for those working in the EU quarter with the station Schuman only 5 stops away. Place Flagey is only a few bus stops away, as is Cimetière d'Ixelles.

Who am I looking for: a woman over 25 who is clean (!) and respectful.

Importantly, I'm looking for someone who also wants to spend some time together on the weekends or on evenings - its just nice to live with someone and watch TV, complain about work or do a puzzle. I've been living in Brussels for almost two years and am happy to introduce you to the city if you are new.

About me: Austrian, 26, working in the eu bubble. I love salsa 💃 and puzzles. Usually in a good mood.
