Located in central Bordeaux, right next to the medical school and the CHU, in a quiet area.
Very pleasant house with 111 m2 of living space + a large, private 120 m2 garden + an 18 m2 garage (fits 2 motorbikes and several bicycles) + 1 parking space.
Large living room (40 m2) facing southeast (very bright: large windows overlooking the garden, with no facing neighbours), open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen (dishes and cookware provided), large bathroom with bathtub and shower, and 2 toilets separate from the bathroom.
Here are the available rooms:
1) Available from mid-December:
The first available room is the most spacious one (15 m2), located in an outbuilding in the garden. It is equipped with a double bed (140 x 200), desk, and wardrobe/closet, for euro587 including charges*.
2) The second available room is 11m2 and located in the house.
It will be available mid February but it can be negotiated if you need it sooner!
It is equipped with a double bed, desk, and wardrobe/closet, for euro587 including charges*.
* Charges include waste collection tax and water (electricity and internet are not included — about 30 Euros per person extra).
Each room is eligible for housing benefits (CAF).
