The apartment comprises two rooms, suitable for three or four people. It boasts modern furnishings in excellent condition. A security deposit equivalent to two months' rent is required.

The monthly cost for the double room with two single beds or one double bed is 700 euros. Alternatively, a single bed is available for 350 euros per month.

All utilities are included in the cost (electricity, water, gas, heating, condominium fees, unlimited internet, waste disposal tax, etc.).

Booking conditions:

1. To reciede from the contract: 3 months' notice or identification of a replacement.

2. The extra bills includes a reimbursement (generally 70 euros per month) for the consumption of electricity, water, gas, heating, condominium, unlimited internet, waste tax, etc.

3. The expenses are included in the quarterly final balance with any debit or credit adjustment.
