Large and spacious room with lots of charm in a high ground floor flat in a typical Ljubljana town house.
This room is fully furnished with a king size bed, closet, big study desk, plenty of shelves and a charming
niche with two cozy armchairs for afternoon tea. The room has plenty of windows for lots of natural light
and a nice view of the back garden and the greenery. For all of your hard earned money there is also a safe
box in the room.
You will be sharing the flat with four flat mates. There is a fully equipped communal kitchen (oven,
kettle, microwave...) with a balcony for morning coffee, a bathroom and a separate toilet. There is a
reliable wi-fi all over the house and the garden.
The house has a private, green garden where you can barbecue, sunbathe or just simply relax after a busy
day. There is also possibility of parking (behind a gate) and the best thing is the fantastic location. House
is literally 2 minutes (walking distance) away from the green oasis of the city, famous Tivoli park and 5
minutes from city center on one side and city bike and bus stations (for more distant destinations) on the
other. For your weekend trips around Europe you can just hop on a train which is also in immediate
vicinity (Tivoli station).
The price of the rent does not include the utility costs (water, gas, electricity, internet, maintance ...) which usually average at
around 70€ per person/month. In case of any emergencies in the flat the maintenance crew is always
on stand-by. There is also an option of cleaning service.
