Beautiful secession stile building. Apartment is on ground floor, with balcony on south side. 3,20 m high ceilings, bright, positive, sunny. Interphone bell. Installation for alarm is there and it can be activated. Renovated in 2016 and now in summer 2018 new electricity, walls, alarm sistem, video control on corridor, fire sensors -alarm, parquet, colouring on the doors...end more.. bathroom and kitchen.

Depozit 564 eur. At the end of stay the room has to be perfectly clean otherwise we will have to charge the cleaning fee. 35 EUR

In this second big room as it is called are few new things that not jet on the photo:
- confortable one person seating couch/additional bed for potentional visitour

Visitors are welcome, when renting is long term, 5 months. Contribution is 15 eur per person per night.
