This apartment offers a spacious, well-lit living space perfect for students. The second big room (22m2) comes with two windows, making it bright and airy. The room includes several new additions not shown in the photos:

-A comfortable one-person seating couch, which can serve as an additional bed for a potential visitor

-A drawer & mirror
-A cupboard for storage

🍳 About the apartment:
Located in a beautiful secession-style building, this apartment is on the ground floor with a south-facing balcony, offering a bright, positive, and sunny atmosphere. The ceilings are 3.20 meters high, making the space feel open and spacious. The apartment was fully renovated in 2016, and more updates were added in the summer of 2018, including new electricity, walls, alarm system, video control in the corridor, fire sensors, parquet flooring, and more. The kitchen and bathroom have also been renovated.

The apartment is equipped with:

Kitchen: Washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, water heater, cooker, and all necessary kitchen accessories.
Other Amenities: Iron, iron desk, hair dryer, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning (which can be used for cooling, heating, ventilation, or drying the air).

The apartment offers plenty of light, a positive energy, and a peaceful environment, making it perfect for students. It is designed for 3 students, but could accommodate up to 5 students, and possibly more, though the ideal number is 3 for maximum comfort.

💰 Prices:

The first big room: 519 EUR per month for one person
The second big room: 529 EUR per month for one person (22m2 with two windows)
The small room: 428 EUR per month for one person
In case of renting for less than a semester (less than 5 months), the prices differ, and the owner booking fee will be added.

💡 Additional Costs:

For utilities: 85 EUR per person per month. If actual bills exceed this amount, the difference will be charged.
Deposit: 564 EUR. At the end of your stay, the room must be left perfectly clean; otherwise, a 35 EUR cleaning fee will apply.
Cash payments are required.

Visitor Policy:
Visitors are welcome for long-term stays (5 months or more) with a contribution of 15 EUR per person per night.
