This charming room is available for female students in a shared flat located in the peaceful and green Bellvitge area, close to Zona Universitaria and Fira de Barcelona – Gran Via. The flat has a traditional feel, decorated with wooden furniture and light tones, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The room itself is spacious and bright, featuring a comfortable single bed, a large wardrobe, and a window that lets in plenty of natural light 🌞. You will have access to a shared kitchen, fully equipped with a gas cooker, microwave, and all necessary utensils 🍳. The flat also includes a living room with a cozy sofa, TV, and dining area, perfect for socializing or relaxing 🛋️. The bathroom has a bathtub, mirror lights, and ample storage. A balcony is available, ideal for some quiet time or enjoying fresh air 🌿.

The flat is very well connected with public transport: metro lines L1, L2, L3, and L8, allowing easy access to all parts of the city 🚇.

📝 Instructions & House Rules
✅ Arrival in Barcelona: Upon arrival, please call the phone number provided in your booking confirmation.
✅ Check-in: Conducted at our office. Keys will be handed over and a rental agreement must be signed. Without signing, access to the apartment is not allowed, and the reservation will be considered canceled.
✅ Guest Limit: Only the number of guests indicated in the reservation may stay. Minors are not allowed, and only the contract holder can collect the keys.
✅ Check-out: Departure time is 10:00 am. If the apartment is not left tidy, an extra cleaning fee will apply.
✅ Administrative Fee: An additional fee applies, calculated based on the number of months of your reservation. This is shown as “Other” in the Rent Summary. Example: “Other: €100/month” for a 3-month stay = €300 total, payable at check-in.
✅ Check-out Procedure: Leave keys on the dining table, take out the trash, tidy the apartment, close all windows, and lock the door.
