Bejar flats is a 65 m2 , with 3 rooms , two bathrooms , independent kitchen and balcony to the front of the Street (Bejar) and to the back of another Street.(Tarragona).

Very close you have the Green line subway (Tarragona stop) the red line subway ( Plaza de España stop ) , Green line ( Tarragona) and blue line (Sants Estacio )

The kitchen is independent. It's equipped with electric kitchen, electric oven microwave and refrigerator. There is a washing machine in the back balcony.

Cabinets. Window to the Court. Big , study desk, chairs ,and electric heater.
One month deposit is required by a bank transfer at signing accommodation on line contract

Once the contract has been finalized the lessor shall return the deposit after the consumption of gas, electricity, water or any other items and any damage that may have been caused by the resident in the dwelling have been paid, according to the conditions of termination of the contract. Under no circumstances will the existence of this deposit serve as a pretext to delay the payment of the rent or any other amount whose payment has been assumed by the resident.
