It is a very bright apartment with lots of windows, but also well isolated from weather and noise. This recently renovated apartment is also completely furnished and equiped with a TV, oven, two fridges, washing machine and kitchen utensils.

The neighborhood of Clot is one of the most authentic and with more history of the city since from the middle one there is proof of its existence with the name Clotum Melis. Its history goes back to the small workshops that were installed in the area during the fourteenth and fifteenth centuries. If you decide to walk through its streets you will discover a friendly, open and quiet area that has very little to do with the bustling most central neighborhoods of the city.
Only 2 blocks away you will find the metro station Clot de la s lines L1 and L2. Also two blocks from the Encants metro station on line L2. Just 2 minutes walk to bus stops 33, 34, H10, B24, N9. Also a few meters from El Clot - Aragó railway station.
