WE MAKE YOUR LIFE EASIER

Professional daily cleaning service (Monday to Friday) of the common areas so that you can always enjoy the flat in the best clean conditions.
We take care of the purchase and delivery of common basic supplies: cleaning products, laundry products, toilet paper, kitchen paper, etc. We control stocks and if something is missing, we replace it before it runs out. What sounds good?
We solve any coexistence problem that may arise. For example, if we receive a complaint because there is someone who is not respecting the rules, we immediately contact that person to redirect the situation.
Excellent maintenance service, everything is in perfect working order. We carry out periodic reviews so that everything is kept in perfect working order and if something breaks, we take care of the repair.

Our tenants are young international professionals between the ages of 24 and 40 who come to Barcelona for work, and who are looking for a place to live and work.
We select carefully extremely clean people, who respect common spaces and are tolerant in coexistence with people from different cultures.
The coliving is characterized by being a type of shared housing, for the benefit of people who share a similar philosophy of life and wish to benefit from the advantages, in particular diversity and exchanges, linked to the presence of common collective spaces.

FULLY EQUIPPED FOR YOUR COMFORT

The coliving is fully furnished and equipped so all you have to do is unpack and start enjoying!
The large dream kitchen is the central place of community life, where you will have all the space and equipment necessary to store and prepare your meals and to share unforgettable moments with other colivers after a day of work. The (hidden) also meet to chat, watch TV or play in the bright living room or go out to get some fresh air on the communal terrace located on the roof of the building.

For your ease, there is a reserved laundry space and three full bathrooms, so you never have to wait. As the bathrooms are cleaned daily, you can always enjoy optimal conditions of use.

The room has all the necessary equipment to feel comfortable. Double bed, memory foam mattress, 150 cm wardrobe, desk, chair, shelf, individual heating with thermostat and ceiling fan. Sufficient lights and plugs, window with blinds overlooking an interior patio, lock door with a key and a safe.

FLEXIBLE TEMPORARY RENTAL PER MONTH

We rent rooms per season (minimum 32 days). Start with an initial duration and if you need more time you can extend it up to a maximum of 11 months. Do you want to leave earlier than agreed? You just have to notify us one month in advance and we will take care of finding a new tenant who fits the philosophy of the flat.

A one time 150 Euros Fee will have to be paid upon booking of the room which includes:
- Legal contract and possibility of extending the contract
- Check-in/out
- Possibility to move to another room from landlord's portfolio.
- 24h/7 days phone number to call for emergency and assistance
- Office support, queries, general matters during your stay.

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
