The area is well connected by metro (L3, L4, L5, and L11), buses, and quick access to Ronda de Dalt, allowing you to reach the city center in about 25 minutes. This makes it a strategic alternative for living in Barcelona with a balance between price, quality of life, and accessibility.

🔑 Membership fee
A one-time fee of €275 is applied at the beginning of the stay.
It covers the drafting and signing of the contract, check-in support and a full bedding set (duvet, blanket, sheets, two pillows and two towels).

🧹 Final cleaning fee
A €125 final cleaning fee must be paid at the time of check-out.

💕 For couples:
If the members are a couple, the Welcome Service fee increases by €100 to include the additional set of towels and keys, as well as handling and management for two occupants.
The monthly fee increases by €265, which includes utilities for two people and all shared services.

- Check-in between 18:00 and 21:00: an additional fee of 50€ applies
