Best place to enjoy outdoor spaces and a quiet environment. It is our cozy stone house built at the beginning of the XXth century in the northern district of Gracia.
It is a co-living house that you will share with us and with other guests like you in a family atmosphere. We propose comfortable common spaces such as a spacious living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a beautiful garden, and a wonderful terrace with views over Barcelona.

It is located at a 7' walking distance from Vallcarca metro station, 3' from the nearest supermarket, and 12' from Park Guell and Parc Coll.

If you are looking for the quietest neighborhood well connected to the city center you will feel great with us! You will not meet tourists in our house as we only rent to people who stay in Barcelona for more than 6 months. The rental is including all expenses (utilities & wifi). It is an ideal place for remote working not only thanks to the high-speed wifi connection but also the different comfortable spaces to do it: your room, and the common spaces such as the living room, garden, or roof terrace.
