Suitable for those coming to Barcelona to study or work, this medium-sized room features a large wardrobe, study desk, and bedside table 🛏️. The room has a window that brings in natural light 🌞. Just in front of the bedroom is a bathroom and a toilet, while further down the corridor you will find a large, bright, and fully equipped kitchen 🍳, ideal for cooking all your favourite dishes.

The flat is located in the centre of Barcelona, on Carrer de Sant Antoni Maria Claret, surrounded by shops, restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets 🛍️. Gaudi's masterpiece, the Sagrada Familia, is just a short walk away ⛪. Two nearby metro stations provide quick access to all areas of Barcelona 🚇.

This is a familiar shared flat in the Eixample neighbourhood, close to many iconic sights such as Plaça Catalunya and Casa Batlló. Shops, restaurants, bus stops, and metro stations are all within easy walking distance.

✅ Arrival in Barcelona: Upon arrival, please call the phone number provided in your booking confirmation.
✅ Check-in: Conducted at our office. Keys will be handed over and a rental agreement must be signed. Without signing, access to the apartment is not allowed, and the reservation will be considered canceled.
✅ Guest Limit: Only the number of guests indicated in the reservation may stay. Minors are not allowed, and only the contract holder can collect the keys.
✅ Check-out: Departure time is 10:00 am. If the apartment is not left tidy, an extra cleaning fee will apply.
✅ Administrative Fee: An additional fee applies, calculated based on the number of months of your reservation. This is shown as “Other” in the Rent Summary. Example: “Other: €100/month” for a 3-month stay = €300 total, payable at check-in.
✅ Check-out Procedure: Leave keys on the dining table, take out the trash, tidy the apartment, close all windows, and lock the door.
