Our private rooms are designed for young professionals with all expenses included. Your contract includes housekeeping, Wifi, furniture, equipped kitchen, a washer, drying machine, iron, dishwasher, and more. All our apartments are fully equipped! You only have to worry about bringing your suitcase with your belongings, the rest is up to us.

All electricity, water, gas, cleaning, or maintenance expenses are included in the price, with no surprises. The apartment has 2 bathrooms (2 with shower), 1 kitchen, 1 living room and 4 bedrooms.

Sagrada Família surrounding is perfect to enjoy the authentic life of Barcelona! The neighborhood is part of the Eixample district. Its residential are very quiet and have parks to practice sports or read quietly, such as Gaudí Park, Jardins de la Industria, and Jardins d'Antoni Puigvert. A variety of bus and Metro options are available to connect you with the rest of the city. If you take the metro station in front of the basilica and one further uptown (Hospital de Sant Pau), you can be at Placa Universitat in 10 min and the Ramblas in 20.
