In compliance with current regulations on seasonal rentals in Catalonia, this room is marketed exclusively as temporary accommodation for purposes such as studies, temporary work relocation, medical treatment, or another verifiable reason. The contract is formalized for a use other than a primary residence and must be supported by documentation that proves the temporary nature of the stay.

To ensure compliance with regulations and our internal policies, it is mandatory to submit documentation or evidence regarding the reason for the temporary stay within a maximum of 7 days after making the reservation. Failure to provide this information within the established timeframe, or if it is deemed invalid, will constitute a breach of the booking conditions and will result in the processing of its cancellation through the platform.

Once the reservation has been accepted, we will request the necessary details via chat to register it in our system. The booking cannot be confirmed until this information has been received and subsequently approved. Afterwards, the contract will be sent by email for review and signature. Keys will only be handed over once the contract has been duly signed.

Check-in is free of charge at our office from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Check-ins outside these hours, as well as on weekends and public holidays, are subject to an additional fee starting from €97.

At the time of key collection, we will provide a customer service contact number for any questions or assistance during your stay.
