Esta amoblada con todo lo necesario para el confort. Es luminosa por ser el último piso, por la ventana no le entra el sol directamente, da a un patio de luces blanco, limpio, con buena entrada de aire además de muy silencioso. Actualmente vivimos Maximilian y yo, el ambiente es tranquilo, no fumo y tengo un lindo y maravilloso perrito que es la alegría de la casa. La finca está muy bien situada tanto para Metro LINEA 5 y 2 (azul y lila) estamos a dos cuadras del Hospital Sant Pau y a 5 minutos de la Sagrada Familia. Cantidad de líneas de autobuses, tiene tres ascensores y portero físico y cámaras de seguridad. El ambiente es tranquilo y se respeta la tranquilidad de todos en casa.
