There are 45 square meters of house and 42 square meters of terrace (that's why I put 80 square meters)

YOU WILL SHARE THE APARTMENT and the common areas, such as the terrace, kitchen and living room, only WITH ME; )

Your room is small but nice, separated by a double curtain (NO DOOR), which provides thermal and light insulation, and has views and direct access to the terrace, from where you can see the sea of Barceloneta in the distance.

Guest access:
You will have access to the common areas including the kitchen, living room, bathroom (shared with me), terrace and balcony.

Other things to keep in mind:
You can wash clothes and hang them outside; There is a clothesline and a long cord.

There is a HAMMOCK where you can relax on the terrace and read your favorite book.
