There is one bathroom with a separate sink that is shared.

- Maintenance of any inconvenience is included.
- Contracts, invoices, etc. included.
- You can reach us via (hidden) in case of queries and incidents. Just mention the apartment and room number.
- The contracts are monthly, starting on the first day of the month and ending on the last day. Tenants must leave the apartment on the last day of the contract month at 12:00. This way, the cleaning team enters and finishes their service so that the accommodations are available the next day, the first of the following month, for the new tenant
