The 37 square meter, bright room has a beautiful old parquet floor and a pleasant old building room height. The absolute highlight of the room is the open fireplace. The entire apartment was renovated a few years ago. The 2017 furnished room has a 1.40 wide Chesterfield bed, a spacious wardrobe with sliding glass doors, a large corner sofa, a piano and a small desk (see photos). A large eat-in kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet are shared by the residents.

Location
Due to its fantastic location near the Isar floodplain (100 meters away), the Au is one of the most popular residential areas in Munich. The Glockenbachviertel with its countless bars and cafes begins just a bridge over the Isar. In 100 meters you can walk to the Isar, where it is wonderful to sit by the water, especially in summer. Bus lines 52 and 62 stop 50 meters from the house, supermarket, pharmacy and bakery are almost right next to the building. A tram station (300m), underground station (800m) and S-Bahn (1000m) are within walking distance.

All utility costs are included, a deposit is required. A cleaning lady is coming every week for the shared rooms. Parties are not allowed in the flat and it is Not possible to use the kitchen for gatherings after 10 p.m. The room is located above a dining restaurant - it can be possible to hear the restaurant.
