In total there are 3 private bedrooms, 2 with double bed and 1 with a single bed.
In this case the very comfortable and spacious private room 3 is at the back of the apartment with a total size of ~10 m2.

💶RENTAL CONDITIONS
The rent price is ALL-IN*, also including local taxes from the municipality.
The base price is € 450,- and the costs per month for all supplies, services, furniture, taxes etc. are € 210,-. This makes the monthly rent € 660,-.

*up to 50 kWh electricity per person/month included (150 kWh for the apartment based on 3 persons, which is sufficient for normal usage) - all usage above will be charged against current contract prices divided by 3 persons
*gas usage included based on normal room temperature and according to current government restrictions

Registration at the municipality is possible. Unsubscribe directly after end of rental period.
