🔑 Main features:
This bright ensuite room with a private bathroom is located in a fully renovated shared apartment (5+1 layout) in the sought-after area of Prague 2 – Nové Město. The apartment is within walking distance of I.P. Pavlova (metro line C), Wenceslas Square, náměstí Míru, and Karlovo náměstí. It is situated on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator.

The room offers approximately 20 m2 of space and comes fully furnished with a convertible bed (2×80×200 cm, can be joined into a 160 cm double bed), bedding, bed linen, desk with chair, lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and tasteful decorations. The room features glass doors facing the building hallway.

🏡 Common areas & equipment:
The apartment includes a modern shared kitchen fully equipped with all appliances: fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor hood, microwave, kettle, and basic utensils. A washing machine with dryer is also available.
There is also an additional shared bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.

💰 Rental conditions:
All utilities are included in the price (high-speed Wi-Fi, electricity, water, etc.). The standard contract duration is one year. As we are direct owners, no commission fees apply.
A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required (for stays shorter than 3 months, the deposit is 50% of one month’s rent).
We can also provide proof of accommodation or a business license if needed.

📍 Location:
The apartment is located in the city center, with all amenities nearby – restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, pharmacies, and more. Within walking distance you will find Tesco, Billa, Albert, and a farmers’ market at Tylovo Square.

Public transport is easily accessible – tram lines (22, 10, 16, 11, 13, 6) and metro station I.P. Pavlova (Line C) are just a short walk away.
The location is also ideal for students, close to Charles University (First Faculty of Medicine) and the University of New York in Prague.
