🔑 Main features:
This fully furnished private room is located in a shared apartment (3+1 layout) after renovation, in a highly desirable area of Prague 2 – Nové Město, close to I.P. Pavlova and the city center. The apartment is situated on the ground floor.

The room is approximately 14 m2 and comes equipped with a comfortable convertible bed (160 cm), bed linen, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk with chair and lamp, and tasteful decor.

The apartment features a modern shared kitchen with all appliances (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor hood, microwave, kettle, and basic utensils), as well as a bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. A washing machine and dryer are also available.

🏡 Common areas & additional information:
All utilities are included in the price (high-speed Wi-Fi, electricity, water, etc.). The standard contract duration is one year. As we are the direct owners, no commission fees apply.
A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required (for stays under 3 months, the deposit is 50% of one month’s rent).
We can also provide proof of accommodation or a business license if needed.

📍 Location:
The apartment is ideally located in the city center, within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, pharmacies, and other amenities. Nearby you will find Tesco, Billa, Albert, as well as a farmers’ market at Tylovo Square.
Public transport is easily accessible – tram lines (22, 10, 16, 11, 13, 6) and metro station I.P. Pavlova (Line C) are just a short walk away.
The location is also convenient for students, close to Charles University (First Faculty of Medicine) and the University of New York in Prague.
