Apart from the private room and bathroom, the rest of the spacious house (three floors!) will be shared with a family of 2 parents, a toddler of 2 years old and a young baby. The room will be free (!) if the tenant is willing to help out the family with childcare for the toddler. In such case the family will cover all cost of living including the the rent and all utilities and city taxes. Please indicate if this works for you when applying for the place :)
