- No smoking policy: Zero tolerance for smoking on the property. Any evidence (smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.) will result in a minimum €200 fine.
- First-day essentials provided: sample shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing liquid, and trash bag.
- Extra keys (when available): €20.
Lost keys or door unlocking during your stay will incur an extra fee:
- Between 9:00–18:00: €25
- Other times: €50
- For tenants only: no visitors allowed.
- For stays of 2 people, there is an increase of 100 euros in the rent.
