Erasmus University is 15 minutes by bike or 10 minutes by bus. Metro stop is 8 minutes on foot and Alexander train station 5 minutes by bike. The apartment is big, fully fornitured and fully available to use.

The apartment qualifies under the Dutch government rules as high-level apartment, given the size, the quality, and all the comforts provided:
-Renovated kitchen with Microwave, Owen, Dish washer, mixer,, water heater.
-Renovated bathroom with double shower, with new washing machine.
-Structure: wooden laminaat, double coutains, three storage rooms.
-Living room with additional double sofa bed, big smart TV.
-Your room is the bigger bedroom of the apartment. It comes with desk, office chair, screen, whiteboard, double bed with thick memory foam mattress, thermic mattress cover for themical well being and two big storage places.
-Balconies: the apartment comes with two balconies that you can use. Each balcony comes with sofa, table and additional chair.

Important: this is not a room to rent, this is an apartment to share! You can watch Tv, work with pc around the house and use everything at your disposal, in respect and accordance with the other person living with you.

The price is 935 euros all included with 1000 euros deposit. After a financial screening of the person responsible for the monthly payments, if both parties agree, a full legal contract is provided and signed by both parties. Registration is possible.
