Hello, perhaps future flatmate! :)

We have a spacious spare room in our shared apartment available for rent. The room is 35 m2 in total and comes with its own bathroom and a small storage room, giving you a total of 42 m2 to call your own.

The total size of the apartment is 150 m2. It includes a large living room (21 m2), a spacious corridor, and a fully equipped kitchen, which features two fridges and a dishwasher. Additionally, there is a guest toilet and a second bathroom, which Tristan and I (your two future flatmates) use. We also have a large terrace with direct access from both your room and the living room, as well as a big garden with a beautiful view of Stuttgart and its largest park, the Rosensteinpark.

The apartment also includes two basement storage units and a garage. As you can see, there is plenty of space and many opportunities to socialize, spend quality time, or, if you prefer, enjoy some personal “you-time” :).

A bit about us—Tristan and I have been living in this flat for three years now. We’d describe ourselves as tidy, open-minded, communicative, and easygoing. We enjoy pursuing our interests and hobbies, but we also like hanging out with others. We’re passionate about sports and cooking, and Tristan plays guitar (don’t worry, though, you won’t be disturbed by it—the flat is spacious enough to keep it quiet). He plays really well, so it’s actually quite pleasant to listen to his music. :)
