Hi! We are Vanessa and Christian (we're a couple).

We're looking for a calm, respectful, and tidy person with whom we can have a pleasant and healthy coexistence. We really value a good atmosphere at home, so we prefer someone who takes care of the shared spaces, has responsible habits, and knows how to live with respect and consideration for others.

There would be a total of 4 people living in the flat — currently, we are two girls and one guy, and we are looking for the fourth housemate.

We all study and work.

The flat has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, dining area, balcony, and kitchen. Each bathroom is shared between two people, so you'd only share with one other person.

We have a cat — she’s shy and affectionate.

The vibe at home is calm, clean, and organized.

The room has plenty of storage space with built-in wardrobes, drawers, shelves, and a desk with a chair. It also has a large exterior-facing window that lets in a lot of natural light.

The flat is well connected by public transport — 5 minutes from Mercat Nou metro station (L1), 10 minutes walking to Plaza de Sants station (L5), and 15 minutes walking to Sants train station. There’s also easy access to the Barcelona airport.

Just 10 minutes by metro to Plaça Espanya.

There are several supermarkets and pharmacies less than 10 minutes away on foot.

We offer a rental contract for the room.

The price is €500 deposit + €500 for the month.

We speak Spanish, English, and Catalan fluently.
