• 🤐 Quiet hours according to the Portuguese Noise Law (11 pm- 7 am).
• 📑 Security deposit: 400€ returned at the end of the stay – The full amount will be refunded at the end of the stay, provided no damage is found in the room or common areas, such as scratches or marks on the walls, damage to furniture, appliances, equipment's, or any other elements of the space. If any damage is identified, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the deposit.
