Hello, dear apartment seekers!

Your beautiful room is part of a 120 square meter apartment. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, kitchen-living room and hallway.
The room has two large windows and a parquet floor. The two windows make the room very bright.

The apartment has been freshly renovated. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and everything else you need for life. The washer-dryer is available and can of course be shared.

The room has 1 large and pull-out bed (Ikea Hemnes, pull-out, 160cmx200cm), a wardrobe and a desk with a chair.

We do not have a cleaning schedule. However, we do have a cleaning lady who regularly cleans the apartment. The costs for the cleaning lady and cleaning supplies are included in the rent.

The rent includes all costs for cleaning and cleaning supplies, washing and dishwashing liquid, internet and electricity. There are therefore no additional costs for you.

We imagine shared apartment life to be like this: we can meet in the kitchen to eat/cook, or sit together in the evening, but everyone is also taken into consideration. That means that when the door is closed, you have peace and quiet.

We can also do other things together, like sports, bike rides, jogging, beer gardens, parties, etc. - but it's not mandatory.

The Schwabing district is the epitome of the Munich way of life worldwide - the home of the chic crowd. The location, close to the universities and technical colleges and, on the other hand, the flair of the artists' quarter with its wonderful restaurants and cafés, enchants and increases the joy of life. The living situation is inner-city and impresses with its central yet very quiet location. You can reach the facilities for daily needs in just a few minutes. The nearest underground stations "Hohenzollernplatz" and "Josephsplatz" (U2), as well as tram and bus stops on Schleißheimer Straße are just a stone's throw away. By car, you can quickly reach the Mittlerer Ring and thus have perfect connections to other transport routes (motorways/bypasses/etc.). The parks in the immediate vicinity offer recreation and leisure opportunities: Luitpold and Olympiapark, beer gardens, etc.
