Your beautiful room is part of a 90 square meter apartment. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, kitchen-living room and hallway.

The room has two large windows and a parquet floor. The two windows make the room very bright.

The apartment has been recently renovated - first occupancy after renovation. The new kitchen contains high-quality electrical appliances with an oven, induction hob, free-standing refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and built-in extractor hood.

The washer-dryer (washing machine + dryer) is also in the kitchen and can of course be used.

The room has 1 large and pull-out bed (Ikea Hemnes, pull-out, 160cmx200cm), a wardrobe and a desk with a chair.

We do not have a cleaning schedule. But we do have a cleaning lady who regularly cleans the apartment. The costs for the cleaning lady and cleaning products are included in the rent.

The rent includes all costs for cleaning and detergents, heating, hot and cold water, internet, electricity. There are therefore no additional costs for you.

We imagine shared apartment life to be like this: we can meet in the kitchen to eat/cook, or sit together in the evening, but everyone is also taken into consideration. This means that when the door is closed, you have peace and quiet.

We are also happy to do other things together, such as sports, bike rides, jogging, beer gardens, parties, etc. - but this is not mandatory.

Dachauer Strasse is located in the sought-after Maxvorstadt, one of the most central and culturally diverse districts in Munich. The area is characterized by charming old buildings and a lively, urban atmosphere. The connection to public transport is excellent: the "U2-Theresienstrasse" subway station is just a few minutes' walk away, which allows a quick connection to the city center and other parts of the city.

Maxvorstadt offers a rich selection of cultural institutions such as the Pinakotheken, the Lenbachhaus and numerous galleries.
