Jedes Zimmer ist neu eingerichtet und umfasst ein Bett, Schreibtisch, Spiegel und Regale. In der Küche befindet sich neben der Spülmaschine auch schon die erste Grundausstattung. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist in der Wohnung vorhanden, sowie einige Putzutensilien.

Die Wohnung liegt in zentraler und ruhiger Lage von Pasing. In ca. 12 Gehminuten erreichen Sie das Zentrum von Pasing mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie u.a. die Pasing Arcaden. Der Pasinger Bahnhof (S-Bahn, Zug, Tram) ist ebenfalls in ca. 12 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Von hieraus haben Sie besten Anschluß nach München und zu allen ICE Strecken. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt neben dem Haus, von wo aus man auch den Bus bis zum Pasinger Bahnhof nutzen kann. Der Pasinger Stadtpark ist ebenfalls in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und bietet einen hohen Freizeitwert.

The bright flat comprises 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 guest WC, a kitchen, a balcony and the possibility to rent a parking space. Each room is newly furnished and includes a bed, desk, mirror and shelves. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher and the first basic equipment. There is also a washing machine in the flat, as well as some cleaning utensils.

The flat is in a central and quiet location in Pasing. You can reach the centre of Pasing with all shopping facilities, such as the Pasing Arcaden, in approx. 12 minutes by foot. The Pasing railway station (S-Bahn, train, tram) can also be reached in approx. 12 minutes by foot. From here you have excellent connections to Munich and all ICE routes. There is a bus stop right next to the building, from where you can also take the bus to Pasing station. The Pasing city park is also about a 10-minute walk away and offers a high recreational value.
