We are only 4 minutes walk from Metro Wilanowska subway station, 1 minute walk from tram/bus stops in Puławska street (going to the centre and other parts of Warsaw), walking distance to the Mokotow office district (wittily called Mordor) and to Westfield Mokotow shopping mall. Excellent location, easy connection by public transport to all parts of Warsaw. Very well connected with schools and universities, e.g., Lazarski University (walking distance), Vistula University (2 metro stations), Warsaw School of Economics - SGH (3 metro stations), Warsaw University of Life Sciences - SGGW (3 metro stations), Warsaw University of Technology - Politechnika Warszawska (4 metro stations ), University of Warsaw / Warsaw University (30 minutes), Vizja University (35 minutes), Warsaw University of Fine Arts (ASP) - 35 minutes, Collegium Civitas (10 minutes by metro), Kozminski University (direct tram No 18).

The apartment is located in a building surrounded by a garden with a fish pond where you can relax. Primarily housing international students and professionals, our guests appreciate the apartment's superb location, high standards, safety, cleanliness, and warmth. The newly renovated apartment is fully furnished and equipped, featuring four rooms and a spacious bathroom with laundry facilities, bidet, showers, and convenient shelves. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances, including an oven, microwave, ceramic cooker, dishes, and plates.

Each room boasts a garden view, inviting tenants to spend quality time in the serene garden. Bright and sunny, each room is lockable and equipped with real beds, large wardrobes, bookshelves, desks, and chairs. An additional door between rooms and the kitchen ensures a peaceful night's sleep.

Regular cleaning of shared spaces is provided by the owner, free of charge. However, a commitment to cleanliness is essential, as all tenants are expected to contribute to maintaining the apartment's pristine condition.

Please keep in mind that as in all shared flats it is important that everybody cleans after yourself, participates in maintaining general cleanliness in the flat, and respects others' right to peaceful stay at home. If you don't have anything against cleaning and you are a quiet person, you will feel great in our building as all our tenants are nice and kind people, who like to be able to rest at home. We don't make any parties nor noise in the house as Warsaw has many places to offer where you can meet friends - and have accommodation which truly allows you to rest or study here.
