Hi guys! From now on, we are renting out this room with balcony access in a 3-room-apartment in the 1st floor. The apartment is fully furnished. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, watercooker, coffee-machine, toaster, cooking equipment, plates, cups, etc.
The room is equipped with a cupboard, wardrobe, bed, table and a chair. The balcony is equipped with a table and 2 chairs.
There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment. One with a toilet, one with a bathtub.

The rent for the first month will be paid through HousingAnywhere. The deposit needs to be paid to us directly and should be received before the move-in date, in order to be able to receive the keys.
