smartments is a professionally managed serviced apartment house.

Whether you are traveling for work, traveling or just need a nice place to stay for a long time: We master the balancing act between hotel and living. In our fully and smart furnished apartments you get quality furnishings and an individual service.
The up to 22m2 large studios have beds with a width of 1.40m. The room is divided into a living and sleeping area, a kitchenette and a bathroom.
Facilities include u.a. a SMART- TV, dishwasher, microwave and much more. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a toaster, fridge and stovetop. There is also a coffee machine. The studios also have a high-speed WiFi connection. Laundry room: Washing machines and dryers can be shared (fee required). The studios are cleaned once a week and the final cleaning is included.

1 week before arrival you will receive an email with further information for the day of arrival as well as instructions for using the `Hotelbird` app and the checkin kiosk.

With the app, you can check in on the day of arrival while on the move. Enter the booking number and last name of the booking and follow the instructions in the app.

Through the app, you use your phone as a key and can no longer lose it.

For the use of the app you need to activate the Bluetooth function!!

2) You want to check in on site first?

Our checkin-kiosk is also available around the clock.
Have your booking number and last name of the booking ready and follow the instructions on the screen.

++Please note that you can only create your room card via app or checkin-kiosk after 2 pm.++

We are available for you by phone around the clock. If you would like to speak to a member of staff on site, please refer to the notices at the reception desk in the building.
For longer-staying guests, we offer housekeeping service, which will be provided every week at no charge.

The up-and-coming development area around the Sonnwendviertel. With short distances to the public transport all possibilities are open to you. So you are with the subway in just 5 minutes on Stephansplatz.
