Are you looking to rent an entire house with a lovely garden in a quiet and child-friendly area? Then our lovely, detached property in wonderful Vallatorp is the perfect choice for you. The house has modern amenities and measures 146 sqm (plus 16 sqm of storage), and a generous garden.
The house has four bedrooms, a large living room area (perfect for children), hallway and dining room, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, a sauna, a terrace, garage storage, garden shed and car parking space. Amenities including the dishwasher, fridge and freezer, tumble-dryer and air-source heat pump are all new (2022).
The house also has full access to the fantastic common areas of the Vallatorp Community Board, including the swimming pool and sauna, the community house that can be booked for events and several playgrounds right next to the property. Vallatorp is an ideal location for families, with close access (less than 10 minute walk) to several great schools and nurseries, an ICA supermarket, healthcare, several restaurants, hairdresser, local football fields and tennis clubs. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk away, buses run frequently and take you to Stockholm City in 25 minutes. Westfield Täby Centrum is close by and offers a great range of shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
The house is available for rent from mid-October, as our family will move longer-term to our second home country of England. Therefore, we are looking for a nice family that will enjoy living in our house as much as we did.

Huset har fyra sovrum, ett stort vardagsrum (perfekt för barn), hall, matrum, två badrum, tvättstuga, basty, terass, förråd/garage, ett trädgårdsskjul och parkeringsplats. Tillbehör inclusive diskmaskin, kylp och frys, tumlare och luft-värmepump är alla nya och nyinstallerade (2022).
Huset har också full tillgång till de underbara gemensamma ytorna i Vallatorps samfällighetsförening, inclusive access till swimming pool och bastu, samfällighetslokalen som kan bokas för till exempel kalas samt flera lekplatser precis intill bostaden. Vallatorp är ett perfekt område för barnfamiljer med nära tillgång (mindre än 10 minuters promenad) till flera utmärkta skolor och förskolor, en ICA Supermarket, en vårdcentral, flera restauranger, frisör, fotbollsplaner och tennisklubbar med mera. Busshållplasen är ca fem miners promenad bort - bussarna går ofta och tar dig in till Stockholm på ca 25 minuter. Westfield Täby Centrum ligger nära och har ett fantastiskt utbud av shopping, restauranger och nöjen.
Vi hyr ut huset från mitten av oktober, eftersom vår familj kommer flytta långsiktigt till vårt andra hemland England. Därför letar vi efter en trevlig familj som förhoppningsvis kommer tycka lika mycket om att b oi vårt huss om vi har gjort.
