Villan är belägen vid flygplatsen men har dubbel isolerade fönster för att reducera ljud. Vi har själva bott där med våra två barn i över 6 år och inte störts av ljud avsevärt.

The Villa is a very light newly renovated and fully furnished living space with fiber internet, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer and coffee machine etc.

The villa divided in two parts. Two floors with 2 bedrooms for 4 people and also kitchen living room area and guest room for 1 person.

Parking for several cars lutside the villa.

Located only 4 minutes away from Landvetter airport and wilderness hike tracks connect to the plot.

The house is located close to the landing track of the airport altho specially isolated with double window to ensure minimal disturbance.
We have been living there with our small children for the last 6 years and have found the noise very endurable.

Close to the buss station called ” härryda kyrka”. Takes 30 min to Gothenburg city with buss.
