The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room and kitchen in an “open space” environment, there are two bathrooms, one with a sink and shower base, and the other with a toilet.
From the ground floor you access the 1st floor via wooden stairs. On the 1st floor there is a small living room, a bedroom with a window and balcony facing the outside and an interior bedroom with a window, also facing the inside.
The location is quiet, close to the city center of Guimarães, has cafes and shops nearby and is also served by public transport, either to the city or outside the city.
