Stunning 2 story house for rent at Gällstaö while we live in the USA. The house has 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, 1 on the 1st floor as well as a guest room attached to the garage.

The balcony from the 2nd floor has an amazing sea view and spacious seating area. There is a tv/media room on the 2nd floor and the laundry room is situated on the 1st floor.

The house has 2 bathrooms, the one of the 2nd floor has a bathtub. There is a walk-in closet on the 2nd floor and plenty of closet space in each bedroom. The house comes with a boatslot.

Gällstaö has 4 beaches and is very family friendly with a tennis court and soccer field. The house is situated about a 5 min walk away from Jungfrusund Marina where you can find restaurants, paddel, mini-golf and a gym. Electricity and water is not included in the rent.
