For more than eighteen years, a simple swing hung from our porch, watching our children grow up and neighbours and tourists pass by on their way to the beach. It stayed there for so long that the neighbourhood named the house after it. Today, the swing is no longer there, but its memory lives on in every corner. Come and write your own story here.
This cosy and bright corner duplex has been prepared to make you feel at home from the very first moment. It is located just a 5-minute walk from the beach and right next to the iconic Plaza 525, the heart of Los Alcázares, where you will find terraces, restaurants, cafés and a fantastic atmosphere both during the day and at night.
The house has three bedrooms, all equipped with comfortable double beds, air conditioning and ceiling fans to ensure a good night's sleep, even on the hottest days. One of the bedrooms also has a private balcony, ideal for starting the day peacefully.
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious and comfortable living room with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, two outdoor spaces (a terrace and an inner courtyard), and a full bathroom. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a second bathroom.
One of the features our guests appreciate most is the reverse osmosis water tap, which provides filtered drinking water throughout your stay without having to carry bottles.
