Completamente attrezzato, dispone di ingresso su disimpegno che collega ad un ampia e luminosa zona giorno con divano, libreria, scrivania, tavolo da pranzo, 2 camere da letto matrimoniale con ampia armadiatura e accesso a balconcino affacciato sul verde, ampia cucina completamente attrezzata e bagno con vasca e lavatrice. L'appartamento è interamente coperto da aria condizionata e internet wifi illimitato. Lenzuola ed asciugamani inclusi.

All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges.
