The 63 m2 apartment, on the 3rd floor (no elevator but a free workout 😉) offers 2 rooms, ideal for 2-3people. The bedroom offers a comfy double and a separate single bed. The bathroom has a bath-tube and a toilet. The living room is equipped with a dining area and a cozy couch, a full-serviced kitchen with eating place. Furthermore the apartment offers possibility to telephone, glass fiber internet connection, cable TV .

Located in a quiet TOP location, just in the middle of the old town, the property come with a great connection to the S/U-Marienplatz or Isartor and you can find lots of different stores, pharmacies and doctors within walking distance.

Die Wohnung bietet 2 Zimmer und ist ca. 63 m2 groß, ideal für 2-3 Personen. Die sehr helle und zentral gelegene Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen TOP-Lage mitten in der Altstadt im34. Stock (kein Aufzug, aber freies Training :D)
Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem Essbereich und einer gemütlichen Couch ausgestattet. Die voll ausgestattete Küche mit einem Essplatz,Das Schlafzimmer bietet ein bequemes Doppelbett und ein separates Einzelbett. Das Badezimmer hat eine große Badewanne und eine Toilette. Außerdem bietet die Wohnung die Möglichkeit zum Telefonieren, Glasfaser-Internetanschluss, Kabelfernsehen .
