Live right on Yppenplatz, one of Vienna's most vibrant and authentic squares. This fully furnished flat in a historic building is ideal for business travellers, consultants, researchers and anyone spending a few months working in Vienna. You only need to arrive with your suitcase.

Living-kitchen (25 m2): The heart of the flat is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge, plus dishes, pots, glasses and all utensils. Everything you need for everyday life is there — from an iron and ironing board to a blender, kettle and coffee maker. It also has a dining table and a couch, so there is plenty of room to cook, eat and relax.

Bedroom (20 m2): The bedroom has a sofa bed with a proper mattress (queen size) and a topper, comfortable for long stays. There is also a working desk, a small wardrobe and storage furniture.
Bathroom: The bathroom has a shower and bathtub, a washing machine and a drying rack. Towels and bed linen are provided.

One further room stays locked for the owner's personal belongings and is not part of the rental.

Location
Yppenplatz and the Brunnenmarkt, Vienna's longest street market, are right outside your door. You'll find fresh produce, bakeries, international delis and some of the city's best-loved cafés and restaurants. The city centre and the university are about 10 minutes away by tram, and the U6 metro is just around the corner, with quick connections to train stations and hospital AKH.

The price includes
